  • Retained: Deposit paid at the beginning of the search with a 2nd installment due at candidate submittal. Balance is paid at close.
  • Engaged: Fees are discounted from typical agency fees. Deposit paid at the beginning of the search with balance paid at time of hire.

Professional & Managerial Search:

Designed for filling a variety of professional and managerial level roles, this search also allows you to choose between two full service delivery options:

  • Retained: Deposit paid at the beginning of the search with a 2nd installment due at candidate submittal. Balance is paid at close.
  • Engaged: Fees are discounted from typical agency fees. Deposit paid at the beginning of the search with balance paid at time of hire.

Outsourced Recruiting Hourly/Fixed Monthly Fee:

Our most popular and cost effective plans, Outsourced Recruiting is offered in two forms to meet your needs:

  • RPO: A complete search program based on an hourly rate. Due to varying rates, this option is ideal for multiple searches and we also provide discounts for long-term search.
  • RPO – Lite: A modified RPO search that provides your internal recruiters access to a pipeline of candidates.

Contract Staffing:

The ideal option for clients who have an immediate need for skilled professionals but don't have the time or budget for a long-term hire:

  • Contract Placement: The traditional contracting solution: Let Insight handle the logistics while you enjoy all the benefits of a contract hire – save on time and costs without sacrificing experienced IT staff.
  • Contract to Hire: This offering is best when you need to test new talent before making a permanent hire, such as when you are faced with periods of rapid change within your organization or special circumstances. Reduce turnover by knowing candidates are a true fit for your organization before offering them a permanent position.

A retained search is recommended to our clients seeking to hire executive and senior level roles. We utilize in-depth and confidential searches for candidates that require an annual salary of $100,000 or more. 

  • A comprehensive meeting with our clients Executive Team and Senior Human Resource Leadership is conducted to ensure the ideal qualities, characteristics, skills and abilities are developed for the search.
  • Great care and sourcing is given to locating passive candidates, those who are not actively searching for a new opportunity.
  • This type of search requires soliciting niche candidates from competitors and/or comparable industries.
  • Sourcing passive, niche candidates is one of our areas of expertise, due to our vast network and strong built, long lasting relationships.
  • Comprehensive Behavioral assessments may also be provided as a part of this service (additional fee applied)
  • Our detail oriented and highly skilled research team provide additional access to resources designed around finding the ideal, but hidden, niche candidates.

Retained Search Details:
