Recruitment Process Outsourcing, or RPO, is our most popular and cost effective plan.  Many Insight Talent Solutions clients realize a signficant cost savings as much as 1/3 of the costs of traditional contingency search. In addition, recruiting through Insight Talent Solutions provides you with robust reporting and dedicated resources to your most difficult searches.  This plan is ideal for companies that are looking to have multiple positions filled. We handle the entire hiring process from start to finish, which includes evaluating candidates to negotiating offers. We begin the process by working with you and understanding your expectations in order to find the candidates that best suit your needs. 

RPO Fee Details:

  • A complete search program based on an hourly rate
  • Typical savings are a third the cost of Contingency searches & about half the cost of our Hybrid price plans
  • Discounts provided for long-term searches
  • Varying rates ~ ideal for multiple searches
  • Includes reference checks and job offer negotiation

  • Retained: Deposit paid at the beginning of the search with a 2nd installment due at candidate submittal. Balance is paid at close.
  • Engaged: Fees are discounted from typical agency fees. Deposit paid at the beginning of the search with balance paid at time of hire.

Professional & Managerial Search:

Designed for filling a variety of professional and managerial level roles, this search also allows you to choose between two full service delivery options:

  • Retained: Deposit paid at the beginning of the search with a 2nd installment due at candidate submittal. Balance is paid at close.
  • Engaged: Fees are discounted from typical agency fees. Deposit paid at the beginning of the search with balance paid at time of hire.

Outsourced Recruiting Hourly/Fixed Monthly Fee:

Our most popular and cost effective plans, Outsourced Recruiting is offered in two forms to meet your needs:

  • RPO: A complete search program based on an hourly rate. Due to varying rates, this option is ideal for multiple searches and we also provide discounts for long-term search.
  • RPO – Lite: A modified RPO search that provides your internal recruiters access to a pipeline of candidates.

Contract Staffing:

The ideal option for clients who have an immediate need for skilled professionals but don't have the time or budget for a long-term hire:

  • Contract Placement: The traditional contracting solution: Let Insight handle the logistics while you enjoy all the benefits of a contract hire – save on time and costs without sacrificing experienced IT staff.
  • Contract to Hire: This offering is best when you need to test new talent before making a permanent hire, such as when you are faced with periods of rapid change within your organization or special circumstances. Reduce turnover by knowing candidates are a true fit for your organization before offering them a permanent position.

Sandra M. Smith is the Founder and President of Insight Talent Solutions, a custom recruiting and human resources consulting firm that has been serving organizations since 2007. Sandra started her career as a recruiter in 1989 and founded her first search firm in 1992. Sandra is a registered member of the Society of Information Management (SIM).  In 2008, Insight earned national certification as a Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBENC.org). Insight is also a member of National Association of Personal Services (NAPS) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Metro, Milwaukee.

Sandra’s background in professional and executive search stems from her employment with various agencies and IT consulting firms, and from her experience as a corporate recruiter. Sandra’s proficiency in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) dates back to 2007, when she worked as a Sr. Technical Recruiter for the Chicago based recruiting firm. Previous to her recruiting career, Sandra held positions in technical sales for an IBM Business partner. Sandra’s areas of expertise include the following: Information Systems, (IT), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Custom Recruiting, Executive and “C” Level Recruitment, eCommerce, Information Security, Healthcare IT, Solutions Architects, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Software Engineers, and Technology Families such as Microsoft, Java, Oracle, and PeopleSoft.

Sandra has served a number of well-known clients such as; CUNA Mutual, Old Republic Surety Company, Advanced Disposal, Veolia Environmental Services, Johnson Controls, Microsoft, Rockwell Automation, Jefferson Wells, Cargill, Enterprise Rent‐A ‐Car, eFunds (now FIS), Miller/Coors, and many others. Presently, Sandra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing Management and Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin, Platteville. Sarah Klein is a Professional Recruiter at Insight Talent Solutions, where she specializes in placing talent in the areas of Government, Education, Marketing and IT. She holds a BA in Organizational Communications through UW-Whitewater, and an MBA in Business & HR through the University of Phoenix. She also obtained her PHR certification in 2008.

Sarah has over 13 years of HR & Management experience. She offers Professional Assessments, Management Consulting, Executive and Professional Search, Custom Workforce Solutions, Cloud Recruiting, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), and Contract/Contract-to-Hire Placements.

As part of her HR specialty, Sarah also serves as the Social Media Director for the Wisconsin Society for Human Resource Management (WI SHRM). Not only does she manage all social media accounts for WISHRM, but she also spends her time volunteering at various events around WI on behalf of WI SHRM and attends state, regional, and national conferences and events. On top of all that, Sarah acts as manager for a leading restaurant in the hospitality industry, where she excels at managing all human resource functions, performs employee reviews, and teaches various safety and certification classes. Cassandra Czech is the Lead Marketing Analyst at Insight Talent Solutions, a Professional & Executive level recruiting firm that specializes in the areas of Information Technology (IT), Marketing, Supply Chain & Logistics, Data Analytics, and eCommerce. Cassandra began her career at Insight in 2011 when she worked as a Marketing Intern during her senior year of college. After spending some time in the retail industry, Cassandra resumed her role with Insight in early 2014 as Marketing Analyst. Through her role as Marketing Analyst, Cassandra takes great care to work closely with Insight’s recruiting team and business professionals, ensuring that candidates and clients alike have access to helpful career resources when they engage with Insight. Cassandra focuses on managing marketing tasks, including Social Media, Website Content, Customer Engagement and eMarketing. Cassandra also has experience with Blogging, Talent Acquisition, Marketing Research,Interviewing, Ghost Writing and Editing.

Cassandra began her marketing career as a student at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.
