In her career, she has gone from corporate recruiting for Rockwell Automation and a technical consulting firm to founding Insight Talent Solutions.

Sandra’s background in professional and executive search stems from her employment with various agencies and IT consulting firms, as well as her experience as a corporate recruiter. Sandra’s proficiency in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) dates back to 2007, when she worked as a Sr. Technical Recruiter for a Chicago-based recruiting firm. Previous to her recruiting career, Sandra held positions in technical sales for an IBM Business partner.
Sandra has served a number of well-known clients such as; CUNA Mutual, Old Republic Surety Company, Advanced Disposal, Veolia Environmental Services, Johnson Controls, Microsoft, Rockwell Automation, Jefferson Wells, Cargill, Enterprise Rent‐A ‐Car, eFunds (now FIS), Miller/Coors, and many others. Presently, Sandra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing Management and Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin, Platteville. A Letter from Sandra: My Story
When I was a young girl, I dreamed of being a newscaster—to be on national tv, conduct interviews, and deliver exciting news about people’s lives. However, life has a funny way of taking you down a different path and I found myself being drawn to a career in recruiting. I ended up landing a job as an IT Recruiter, and 10 years ago, I successfully started my own recruitment firm. Everything about owning and managing Insight Talent Solutions is what I am truly passionate about, and I realized there are a multitude of common qualities between the path that I dreamed of taking and the path that I chose. I do get to meet a variety of interesting people, conduct interviews, and deliver exciting stories about those people’s lives. I also have the privilege of helping companies succeed in delivering the human capital they need and enrich the lives of the candidates that I place. This is my story, and I am very fortunate to have found this career.
For the past 25 years, I have used an innovative and comprehensive approach to help companies find candidates who are excited about the work that they do and as a result, achieve significant, measurable results.
